    All fit issues must be corrected in the first 30 days of delivery. ?Big Ear, Inc warrants all electronic products to be free from defects for a period of twelve (12) months from date of shipping subject to the "Users Obligations" listed below. Big Ear, Inc.'s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace your product. . Due to the custom nature of the products, there are no refunds under any condition. *Any modifications to Big Ear products make all warranties and service plans null and void. This limited liability warranty provides the original purchaser with specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state or country to country
    Users' Obligations For All Big Ear Products
    • The biggest problem with custom electronics is the customer's inability to manage earwax. Most problems are usually  from earwax blocking the sound bore in the electronic device. It is up to each customer to keep earwax managed. Doing  this, most problems will be avoided. Many products are available to help you manage ear wax at any pharmacy or on our  website. See insert enclosed with your electronic product purchased.
    • Big Ear, Inc. is in regular attendance at trade shows and events, and depending on your problem, limited liability warranty  fit adjustment may need to be made personally by one of our trained musician impressionists. All Fit issues must be  corrected within the first 30 days from delivery.
    • It will be up to the customer to attend another event or search out a Big Ear Provider to have any matter or issue  corrected if instructed to do so by Big Ear, Inc. Accordingly, Big Ear, Inc. will assist you in finding the Big Ear Provider  nearest your location that can provide such limited liability warranty work as authorized.
    • Any Limited Liability Warranty work, as appropriate, must be sent directly to Big Ear, Inc., freight prepaid, at the address  below and must include a completed Repair Invoice form describing the problem along with where the product is to be  returned and any shipping instructions.
    • No limited liability warranty work will be provided for damage caused by the user, such as, but not limited to, ear wax  impactment in the filter, over driving of the transducer (s) (caused by having the volume turned up when you plug in your  Big Ears), damage caused by impact shock, extremes of temperature, immersion in any liquid, abuse, or any other  customer caused dama
    • All Limited Liability Warranty work shall be provided for the original purchaser only and proof of purchase is required for  any and all Limited Liability Warranty work.
    • Limited Liability Warranty work is performed by trained professionals either onsite or in our labs and is precise, methodical  and complete.
    Accordingly, please be aware that, depending on the problem, it could take up to four (4) weeks to  complete the work and return it to you.
    • In the event that our examination finds the damage not subject to our Limited Liability Warranty Big Ear, Inc. will provide a  quote to make any repairs to filters, transducers, cables, etc. Such repair work will only be done upon the customer's  acceptance, authorization and payment.
    • If any Big Ear, Inc. product is returned after the (30) day period, and if Big Ear, Inc.'s examination shows that the product  has a defect in materials or workmanship during the limited liability warranty period, it will be remade at no cost to the  original customer.
    • In the event that our examination finds the damage not subject to our Limited Liability Warranty Big Ear, Inc. will provide a  quote to make any repairs to filters, transducers, cables, etc. Such repair work will only be done upon the customer's  acceptance, authorization and payment.

    Nearly all of our merchandise includes a warranty, with service provided by the manufacturer or directly through Big Ear, Inc Products. The length of the warranty will be stated within the item description and/or specifications. If you would like a written copy of the warranty terms and conditions for a specific item, please e-mail us the item and we will send the warranty information.
    We are an authorized dealer for most of the items we sell. Items with a manufacturer's warranty can be sent to the manufacturer for warranty service. If an item is labeled with a Sonic Electronix warranty it simply means the item must be returned to our facility to begin warranty service. We then send your item to the manufacturer for or authorized manufacturer service center in our territory for warranty service.
